(By the way, the invitation mentions an indoor playground... unfortunately, we had to cancel that party due to all 5 of us getting sick that weekend! Luckily, the weather was perfect the following weekend for a birthday do-over at the park.)

Getting back into crafting!

Claudia,
ReplyDeleteThese are such great photos. It looks like you guys had fun.
Although everything is adorable, my favorite is the photo banner. What a great idea!
Also, I love, love, love the theme. How clever! That tiny invitation is so cute, as is the tiny cake, the tiny hats, the tiny balloons. I love it all.
Our nickname for Lily is Tiny because, well, she is tiny. Despite how much she eats (which constantly amazes Kurt), she is in the lower percentiles for height and weight(not head size, though, poor kid - she's like an olive on a toothpick). But I digress...since her nickname is Tiny, I especially loved the theme and all the tiny ways you carried it out.
You did such a great job. :-)
Claudia, what an adorable theme! Where did you get the idea to do the little business card-size invitation with the accompanying magnifying glass? It's brilliant! I also love the photo banner - I've never seen that done before and it seems like such a great way to put all the highlights of her first year on display.
ReplyDeleteIt feels like I haven't crafted in ages, but thanks to you, now I'm feeling really inspired. :)
